About

A field guide to responsible movement.

Why these five books sit together, and what this independent publication does not do.

Controls Before Speed

This collection asks what has to be true before money should move. Two books explain financial statements, one examines the history of accountability, and two describe payment technology and networks. The sequence joins interpretation, authority, movement and reconciliation.

Review versus overview

A review requires sufficient access to the exact work for supported critical judgment. Every book page here is a bibliographic editorial overview based on verified metadata and limited lawful public description. The site does not pretend that a complete exact copy was reviewed.

US editorial scope

The audience is US readers and all public copy uses US English. Some books take a global view; their examples are treated as context, not current US operational or legal instruction. Readers should verify present-day rules with relevant primary authorities and qualified professionals.

Independent and unofficial

Melio Payments is an independent book-review publication. It is not the official Melio website and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Melio Payments Inc., Amazon, any bank, network, publisher, editor or author. Third-party names and book titles remain the property of their owners.

No sales and no services

The site sells no books, accepts no orders and processes no payments. It does not create accounts, connect banks, upload invoices, schedule transfers, issue credit or provide accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice. Amazon.com links exist only to locate exact editions.

Operator information

A verified publisher identity, postal address and editorial contact have not been supplied. Those details are intentionally not invented. They remain production blockers that must be completed before public launch.
